Off-Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations
Off-Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations is a function of CUSG and is your only University affiliated resource for finding housing.
Our office runs a rental database called Ralphie’s List where students can search for available properties, find roommates, and advertise sublets. The site is only for CU students and is the easiest way to find Boulder student rentals.
During our annual Off-Campus Housing Fairs students can meet over 50 landlords, property managers and off-campus vendors right here on campus. It is the most convenient way to shop and compare living options!
Students who are specifically looking for apartments can download our Apartment Complex Guide on Ralphie's List. Our guide provides contact information for several local apartment complexes. Contact information for Boulder property management companies is also available for download on Ralphie's List. Information is available on the Resource page.
Have questions about your lease or rights as a tenant? Students can meet with our Attorney, Bruce Sarbaugh, for free lease reviews or regarding any landlord/tenant issues. For more information on living in Boulder please call 303-492-7053 or visit us in the UMC, room 313.
Ralphie's List has hundreds of property listings and roommate wanted ads. Feel free to post sublet opportunities and communicate with other students on our message boards. If you are looking to buy property, be sure to visit our For Sale section. Just log in with your CU username.
Ralphies ListIf you are throwing a party and want to avoid a noise ticket, there's an easy solution! Register your Friday or Saturday night party with Off-Campus Housing and get a 20 minute warning from Dispatch if a complaint is made on your house. A FREE warning could save you $1,000. Don't Chance It!
How to RegisterReceive FREE legal advice from our staff attorney. Get your lease reviewed or ask questions about your tenant rights. Landlord hasn't responded to your maintenance request? Roommate isn't paying their share of the rent? Ask Attorney Bruce Sarbaugh!
Legal AdviceThe Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) offers free confidential information, support, advocacy, and short-term counseling to students, faculty and staff at CU, including their significant others. OVA is a separate office, not connected to the police department.
The Confidential Reporting site allows CU community members to confidentially let the Office of Victim Assistance know about harmful and or traumatic events they have experienced. This option allows you to express what happened to you in a confidential way that does NOT constitute a report to the University or law enforcement.
Live off-campus and hate cooking? CU offers an Off-Campus Meal Plan that is an economic and healthy choice for students living outside the residence halls. Whether you are interested in a 50-Meal Plan or a 120 Meal Plan, there is an option for every lifestyle. CU's meal plans are an on-campus convenience for off-campus students.
